Visit the Beach from a Historic Downtown Apartment

Big surprise behind the front door awaits those who enter! Positive: How inclusive it was in every aspect! An amazing place with special touches everywhere. They took the time to provide absolutely anything and everything you could ask for in a home! Every kitchen gadget, plenty of extra linens, pillows, I could go on and on about this special find! Negative: Parking was difficult due to my late evening arrival.

A well-designed downtown spot that works great as a home base, would stay again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Positive: The Murphy bed and layout were really well thought out, made great use of the space. The office setup was a huge plus and I used it constantly. Overall a very functional, comfortable apartment. Negative: WiFi was on the slower side, which was occasionally frustrating. Minor issue overall but worth flagging.

The apartment is old but clean ( except for the bathtub/ shower). The area is borderline in that I had to navigate numerous homeless people and panhandlers to go to get food, coffee or to my meetings. No street people were overly aggressive but it did not feel safe walking back after dark. There were neighbors screaming at each other late at night, people going through the outdoor garbage around midnight, and street racing in the early morning hours. These are problems more related to Long Beach than to the management company. Cleaning the bathtub properly falls upon management.

The apartment, location, and ease of parking couldn't have been better. Positive: n/a Negative: nothing could have been better.
