Minimalist Air B&B hotel with exactly what you need
Positive: Very affordable and great location; interesting Air B&B concept; free parking; fairly responsive staff via text messaging (chat service); historic downtown building
Negative: Front door with access code doesn't work very well (frequently had to enter code multiple times before door would eventually open).

Negative: Unfortunately, this hotel is a disaster☹
There was a constant pumping noise for the first 2 nights, apparently a water pumping problem.
Yesterday the water suddenly stopped when I was standing under the shower.
The email about the water turning off arrived a few hours later.

Don’t stay here unless your deaf, you won’t get any sleep
Positive: Nice small room with all facilites
Negative: No sleep as there was a constant noise / thump in the above rooms.

Positive: was extremely comfortable and perfect for a weekend trip . right next to my old favorite donut shop and the metro station , would highly recommend !
Negative: only downside is there’s construction across the street which is heard in the daytime .
